What Happens in a Session?

Sessions are held over Zoom and begin with a brief check-in to explore your goals. From there, I guide you into a calm, focused state. You're still aware and in control—we're just working with a different layer of the mind.

Once in that space, we use imagery, suggestion, and subconscious dialogue to shift patterns from the inside out. Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
